HOW THE CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS WORKS

From artwork to doorstep in five steps. Our team manages every detail of the customization process — so you get consistent, professional results without the hassle.

Submit your artwork: Upload your logo or custom artwork file. Common formats like PNG, AI, EPS, and PDF all work — we'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

2.

Our design team builds your mockup: Our in-house design team gets to work placing your artwork on your selected products. You'll receive a full digital mockup — showing exact placement, sizing, and decoration method.

3.

Review with your dedicated sales rep: Your ProSwag sales rep will walk you through the mockup and answer any questions. This is your chance to review placement and sizing.

4.

Refine until it's perfect: Not quite right? No problem. We'll go through as many rounds of edits as it takes until you're fully satisfied.

5.

Approve & ship: Once you sign off on the final mockup, your order heads straight into production. Expect your custom ProSwag gear to arrive within 7 business days from approval.

Our free customization applies to the ProSwag product line only. Every item in our catalog is purpose-built for decoration — so the fit, fabric, and finish will always represent your brand at its best.

Fast from first proof to final delivery

We know your time matters. Here's what to expect once your order is placed. You can expect first mockups within 1 business day after order submission. Orders ship within 7 business days after mockups approval.

Timelines begin after your artwork is received and your mockup is approved. Delays in approval may extend your ship date. Have questions about your specific order? Your sales rep is always available to give you a real-time update.
