How long does it take to get my customized items?
We know how important it is to receive your custom products in a timely manner, and that's why we offer two fast delivery options. The turnaround time of your custom products depends on which delivery option you choose.
Two-Week Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is guaranteed to arrive at your door in two weeks from your approval of mockups or payment of your order, whichever is the later.
One-Week Rush Delivery
Choose Rush Delivery and we'll make sure your custom products reach your doorstep in one week from your approval of mockups or payment of your order, whichever is the later. Plus, Rush Delivery only adds an additional 15% to the cost of your order.
Can't decide between a small and a medium? Just choose the product you want sizing information on and click the Size Guide link on the product page (just above the size selector). If there's no Size Guide link for your item, or if you have any other questions about the garment you want, just reach out to us at info@proswag.com, and we'll be happy to help you choose the perfect sizes for your needs!
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For free returns, apparel must be returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. You may return items for an exchange or full refund, less the cost of shipping.
Any item listed as "clearance", "discontinued", "limited stock", or "final sale" is not eligible for return, and all sales are final. Clearance items may have limited availability, sizes, or color options.

What are shipping costs and do you ship internationally?While, at this time, domestic shipping is free of charge on any online order, we do not ship ProSwag products internationally. Please reach out to us at info@proswag.com if you need special accommodations. Additional fees may apply when shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii.
How do I launder ProSwag garments?
We suggest our shirts be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low to help protect the integrity of the material and the customization.
Please note that garments with DTF (Direct-to-Fabric) customization should not be dry cleaned. The chemicals and heat used in the dry cleaning process can cause the DTF print to peel or deteriorate, damaging the design and garment.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team here or through our “help” button below.
Can I exchange/return my order?
Proswag.com, LLC stands behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Items with obvious manufacturer defects are always eligible for return. Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For free returns, apparel must be returned in its original condition with all tags still attached. You may return items for an exchange or full refund, less the cost of shipping.

Cooler Bag Warranty:
Proswag Cooler Bags carry a 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, subjected to excessive stress, or damaged due to abnormal use.
Proper care is required to ensure longevity. Do not place sharp, pointed or blunt objects inside the cooler. The warranty is also void if damage is caused by abuse, misuse, accident, lack of maintenance, improper installation or use, or unauthorized repairs.
Tracking of orders
Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
If your order shipped via UPS, you can also enroll in UPS My Choice by going to ups.com/mychoice. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver or schedule a redelivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries.
If your order shipped via USPS, you can also enroll in USPS Informed Delivery by going to tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver or schedule a redelivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries.
Trying to find your delivered package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up please contact us.
